How do you personalize the story?
We use your child’s photo as a visual reference to create a gentle animated character that resembles them. The child’s name is also woven naturally into the story narration.
Personalization is handled with care to ensure the character feels familiar, kind, and appropriate for young viewers.
Is my child’s photo safe and private?
Yes. Your child’s privacy is extremely important to us.
Photos are used only to create your story
Files are stored securely
We never share or sell images
Project files are deleted after a limited retention period
We treat every order with the same care we would want for our own family.
Will my child’s image be used anywhere else?
No. Your child’s image is used only for your story and is never used for marketing, samples, or public content without explicit permission.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, front-facing image works best.

How long does it take to receive our story?
Typical delivery times are
Short Films: within 5 business days
Storybooks: within 7 business days
Long-Form Episodes: longer, depending on customization

Can I request changes?
Long-Form Episodes include one round of minor revisions, such as
small wording adjustments

Major story changes or re-animation may require an additional fee.
